TLC Tracker helps drivers follow their NYC TLC license application and 90-day deadline. It is an independent service and is not affiliated with the NYC Taxi & Limousine Commission.

What we collect

• Your name and email address, so you can sign in and get reminders.
• Your password, stored only as a secure hash. We cannot see it.
• The TLC application number you choose to track, and the status TLC publishes for it.
• Your preferred language and the messages we have sent you.

Where the application data comes from

Application status comes from the public NYC Open Data dataset "TLC New Driver Application Status." We do not access your TLC UP account or any non-public TLC system. Public data can be delayed, so always confirm your deadline and requirements with TLC.

How we use it

• To show your dashboard and email you deadline reminders and status-change alerts.
• To keep your account secure, for example by limiting repeated sign-in attempts.

We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers.

Services we use

The app runs on Netlify, and emails are sent through Resend. These providers process your email address only to deliver the service.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard ("Delete my account"). This permanently removes your account, saved application number, reminders and history.
